Irrational things that annoy you (and non irrational things too come to think of it)

The phrase 'but that's just me...' used as an excuse for erratic or negative behaviour, usually as if it's ingrained and can't be changed. Also known as the 'My Way' getout.

'I wish I could stop putting trifle in my shoes right before important job interviews, but that's just me! And when I look back on my life, poor and hungry from being unable to get a job, at least I can say I did it my way...'

Damn hippies.
