Tightening my clutch cable?

Tightening the clutch cable on a corsa is easy, just pull & twist the screw. I could do with some reassurance for my Polo though.

My Clutch position is getting way too low and I know it could be damage to the pedal box but it could also be helped if I can tighten it up.

Unfortunately the clutch cable isn't all that accessible. Is this screw the limit screw or does that look like what I need to give a turn?
