Doesn't feel as serious as before, so with a bit of rest, anti-inflamatories, ice and coming back to it gently I should be ok long-term.

Hope it sorts itself soon Jonny, it took a wait and visit to our sports doc to diagnose mine, then several months of slow and short running to build back up, not good at all. Best advice is rest though, don't try to run a half marathon on it like I did.
