I make progressive increases, I.e. start at 30m for 10-12 reps, then go up to 16 reps the next week then 40m 10-12 and so on. I also vary the recovery from 60 to 90s. However my training goals are different. Power and speed ; though I guess for this it's pretty similar? So 6 reps at what distance?
