Unhappy Posted over there for coverage but i don't expect much help! Mobile nokia wi-fi help

Background:
Phone i own is a Nokia E60, it runs Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition.
I'm at university, and i'm trying to make wireless pay nice with our secure wi-fi hotspots.

A wpa-supplicant.conf returns:
Code:
ap_scan=2
network={
ssid=”central-wpa”
auth_alg=OPEN
key_mgmt=WPA_EAP
proto=WPA
pairwise=TKIP
group=TKIP
eap=PEAP
identity=”username”
password=”password”
phase1=”peapver=0″
phase2=”auth=MSCHAPV2″
eapol_flags=3
}
There is also a handy guide to setting the connection up within windows and *nix etc here: http://www.ucs.ed.ac.uk/nsd/access/central-wpa.html
detailed WinXP instructions here: http://www.ucs.ed.ac.uk/nsd/access/wpaXP.html
(not sure if everyone can access those outside my subnet, so tell me otherwise is so i'll host it.)

My setting on my phone are as such:

I've copied the Edinburgh certificate to my phone and installed it
Connection name: wpa-central
Data bearer: Wireless LAN
WLAN netw. name: wpa-central
Network status: Public
WLAN netw. mode: Infrastructure
WLAN security mode: 802.1x
Select WLAN security sett.
WPA mode: EAP
Select EAP plug-in settings
Highlight EAP-PEAP and press Options (soft key) -> Enable
Raise the priority of EAP-PEAP via Options (soft key) -> Raise priority until it is in position #1

Uncheck everything else by pressing Options (soft key) -> Disable
Go back to EAP-PEAP then press Options (soft key) -> Configure

General tab:
User certificate: (not defined)
CA certificate: The U of E Cert. CA
User name in use: User-configured - (here i've also tried "from certificate")
User name: My UoE username sxxxxxx
Real in use: User configured - (here i've also tried "from certificate")
Realm: ed.ac.uk
Allow PEAPv0: Yes
Allow PEAPv1: No
Allow PEAPv2: No
EAP tab:
As before, select EAP-MSCHAPv2 and move it to the #1 position via Options (soft key) -> Raise priority and unselect everything else via Options (soft key) -> Disable.
Select EAP-MSCHAPv2 then press Options (soft key) -> Configure

User name: ed.ac.uk\sxxxxxx
Prompt password: No
Password: *my password*

After all that, my phone still refuses to connect to the network, the only error it gives me it WPA Authentication Failed which isn't helping me!

If anyone can point me in the right dirrection i'd much appreciate it, cheers!
