 I've unfortunately got 4 x 256mb and used up all my slots.Then again if its days really are numbered I guess I'd better consider it :/

I expect some kind of DDR will be around for a while yet, but it'll get progressively less common, with the good stuff (Corsair et. al.) becoming less common very much quicker than the random no-brand stuff. In fact, I believe quite a few have gone EOL already.

I am running on 512mb of ram
and have been considering an upgrade for a while now. If its getting tight, I might have to act a bit sooner than I would like, which is a problem...BBQ meet or ram...
