ok, it's checking files now.

EDIT: it's verified stuff but I don't quite see what to do next.

When you have loaded up the par files and its verifying.... click the box "automatically repair" and in the future if something needs work, it does it. Alternatively once the files have been verified, click repair.

If he has Alt.Binz, its just an option there to autocheck and auto repair files without the need for a separate application....

well I have downloaded a DVD and checked the files and they are all fine, don't need repairing but winrar is saying the files are failing crc checks and it won't extract it

EDIT: have redownloaded the offending files but still won't bloody work
