Hee hee... of course I do take time to thank or send good feedback too. Even at work if its about a colleague who I think has changed for the better, people are too easy to rush in with criticism these days.

I'm the same. If I hve received bad service, i will report it, but I will also take the time to report good or exceptional service too. Even if I am writing a complaint but there was a member of staff who dealt with things well, I would put that in my complaint letter.

Really nice gal by the way, so the next day I phoned the customer service line and heaped some praise her way for going the extra mile to help me out.
