I know. I meant to say "I cant imagine anything worse than giong on tv to sort this out" but my boyfriends dad and my mum who are all for protesting my rights (being a good thing) said I should push them as much as I can or nothing will be done.
I suppose from a banks pov they cant go giving money to anyone who claims to have money stolen so it wont be done in a day but they will try and fob me off with "there's no evidence of fraud" if it means I'll give up on it. So push push push wait wait wait. Not been a good day for finances in other parts of my life either feeling a bit miserable about it all.

Hope it gets sorted soon Holly.
Like i said when you first posted this, there is usually cctv around atms so they should be able to check and see who was around and used the atm at the times the money was drawn out. |
