No, first scene is a bratwurst and two pretzels (Germany). I believe it's world armed conflict from WWII to present (focused primarily from a deranged American point of view, of course). Although I don't quite get the first scene's reference with the Wheat Thin cracker. Does that reference Poland somehow? Or Belgium? I kind of chuckled at the fish and chips...
But I did think the Beef Stroganoff reference for the Russians was a little out there.
