Wow! You wiped that one well :/

We're going to struggle with the bodywork parts (unless you want blue!) but hopefully will have the innards

I'd suggest a trip to the doctors too. Seriously. I say this every time but my crash 5 years ago is still affecting me, so get stuff sorted! That was low speed too with a soft impact into a ditch.

Oh dear Martin. Vix is right, you were sore last night you should go to the doctors and get checked out.

Looks fixable, got any shots of the whole car? Whether it's worth doing depends on you really. If you want to get it "working" it won't cost a lot to do as most of the work can be done with a hammer, but if you want it to look nice again then I expect a wing is going to be a sod to find in good nick for a start (not sure on availability of pattern ones for these)

IMO get it back "working" and then decide if you want to go the whole hog.

A new rack is going to be relatively inexpensive and thats all it needs to be working as a car again (all the lights work). Kaiowas is able to help me out with a few bits and bobs but you are right about the front and rear wings! Front is bolt-on, rear will need cutting out I think.
