Monkfish ftw!

We like doing squeeky cheese (hallomi) on the BBQ with mini naans!

I like the simple things too - like toms + slices of garlic + bay leaves skewered.

Yup certainly did

Got this book a while back - has a few good recipes which I've tried out and they've all worked pretty damn good
