We like doing squeeky cheese (hallomi) on the BBQ with mini naans!

I like the simple things too - like toms + slices of garlic + bay leaves skewered.

Was going to say I remember you did a few before, some with whole joints of meat? Will definitely grab the recipes if you repost!

Yup certainly did

Got this book a while back - has a few good recipes which I've tried out and they've all worked pretty damn good

Prawn recipe sounds nice. Will keep my eyes peeled for more langoustines or prawns on offer in Tesco. They have them quite often.
