Just had a thought before, check out the Edinburgh Vaults. Can't believe i didn't mention these, i'm kinda facinatead by these. The vaults lie beneath the 'hidden' 'bridges' of Edinburgh, and have tonnes of history, i think they're pretty cool. See here.
