I need to find out which franchise owns a certain place

I'm doing some research on a club called Shanghai, which in turn in situated inside somewhere called Le Monde, in Edinburgh on George Street.

I know for a fact its owned by a franchise but google isn't giving me any hints... I'm pretty sure the same franchise owns Frankenstiens on George IV Bridge if thats also any help. The website it www.lemondehotel.co.uk, but i can't find any mentions on there either... :mad:.

Can anyone help?

Looking at the whois for the domain can give you answers as because the brand protection is usually a parent company thing you'd expect the domain to be registered to the parent company.
