La Machine - Day 4 - Part 1

La Machine on the Saturday. The morning turned out to be a little disappointing. A few thousand people turned out to hear some music. La Princesse didn’t do anything but sit there in the fake snow. Nice to look at but a shame for those people. Later she did wake up and went for a walk around town. I originally planned to be in the crowd but I came out the station on Water St and the crowd was insane. I didn’t like the idea of battling through to get a few quick photos so I was able to get on top of the town hall. From there the view of the crowd was simply insane.

The first photo makes me think of Dead Rising

(I'm sorry, random people in photo!)
I absolutely adore 6 and 19.
You make a photo like 13 look so good when I know my attempt would look so uninteresting and miss the point.

If its any consolation I took more that were much nicer, isolating the girl even more so and just focusing on her crying and looking right into my lens but I didn't nail the focus. She was just out of focus and basically the shots were ruined.

Poor girl in 13, I'd be whining too if I was her ae and there was this giant spider!

Great pics again, really catch the atmosphere.

How many men does it take to drive the spider?

Thing about the girl is she was about the only one I saw crying in the whole 5 days. I think it took 8-13 people to drive it.
