Mince + Uncle Bens Chilli Con Carne sauce.

Cook mince, add sauce. Microwave rice. Mix together, eat.

Brucey bonus - you can have a sly few tugs while wannabe Gordon Ramsays are chopping up all kinds of tat. Yes?

When I flat shared, my flatmate used to dry fry the spices before adding the meat. The kitchen was like a CS chamber, we used to stand there coughing and spluttering, eyes streaming. Great!
