More cookie stuff - recipe request

I have bought myself some cookie cutters and on the back of the packing is an american recipe for gingerbread cookies. I'm just wondering if anyone has any other recipes suitable for cookie cutting (the way I make Kates, they would just fall apart if I tried).

Edit: I don't actually know if I like gingerbread cookies so it doesn't have to be that
