Poor Jade Goody!!
I know she isn't the most liked celeb and she doesn't do much to earn the fame but OMG
http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/Sho...er_Has_Spread_ Poor girl must be so frightened of leaving her boys without their mummy (I think thats all I'd care about) Its scary to think this happens to so many people everyday being a grown up is pants as you just don't know/think about all this. I just can't imagine what she is going through nor what other people that suffer cancer go through. Its evil nasty and meh Can I be a kiddy again please? I don't want to think/know about life threatening stuff. /goes back into her bubble on her own fluffy cloud up in the bright blue sky. |

I don't care for her much really but I've seen posts on other places by people which are just plain hateful towards her and I think that's poor behaviour. I'd not wish this on anyone.

I remember my stints at hospices and it was just harrowing and eye opening. Cancer (and chemo) are both horrible in their own ways.
I don't think anybody is really wishing cancer on her, but I'd say if statistics dictate that somebody had to get it.... I think people find it easy to write hateful words and feel less sympathy. Her actions/words really do as a whole, reflect badly back onto her. While it is horrible, I don't feel sorry or much at all for Jade Goody the person. I think it's just human nature* and when she got diagnosed I'll admit to being one of those people who wrote comments that some found irksome. *Another example would be Alfred Nobel.

Its very sad she will never get to see her kids grow up, I hope if one thing comes of it, its that women go and have their smear tests because Jade Goody just shows how important they are.

As I've said before, I lost a family member to Cancer when she wasn't that much older than Jade is. To be honest, I don't remember that much because I was away at Uni for most of it. I do remember seeing her so upset on my 21st birthday when I went to find her, and I also remember she died 7 days later. It's perhaps as well I don't remember that much more. |

I'll make no bones about it. I do not like her. She doesn't deserve the fame and fortune she acquired out of idiocy and tabloid-whoring. She's the personification of reality television and celebrity in all that I hate, but, all of that aside, and, all dark humoured jokes aside: Nobody deserves what's happening to her. I really do feel sorry for her and her children. To know you'll never see your children grow up and become adults, and to also know, they will be without a Mum, must be absolutely awful. For the first time in my life, I feel sorry for her and all of what I dislike about her is all petty insignificance. I wish she didn't have to go through it and she and her children were spared this awful fate. But, I can't. So I just hope she lives as long as she can, and enjoys the time she has left with her children as much as she can.

As many people have said she isn't a celebrity I like. However, when I heard this today I felt my heart sink, just as I would for anyone with this terrible disease. To know that she will also be leaving her children with no mother must be even more heartbreaking. I hope she is left alone for whatever time she has to care for her children.

I think the fact they send them away is shocking, surely it is better to do a smear. In Scotland they send you out the reminders from 20, it has been brought back to the front of my mind again by Jade Goody and have made the appointment.
