Default As soon as you settle, a big decision comes along :/

As you all know I made the decision to ditch Blacks and move to Cotswold for various reasons.

This has now come back to me... blacks just phoned offering me a full time supervisor position (area manager recommendation ) at about £5000 more a year (£3k after travel) then I'm on at Cotswold... the downside is that Cotswold is a more relaxed and fun environment, compared to the money machine known as Blacks.

Then again, on the flip side, I'll have more authoritehhh (will be me + one guy running the show), so I could change the rules around a bit..

I hate decisions

Quite a nice decision to be stuck with though

Can't really offer advice as it's your life after all. But congratulations on the offer and to be in such a situation

Thanks Especially in the current climate I am very happy. The icing on the cake was the area manager recommendation

I think I'm going to say yes to Blacks.

Reasons: Better pay, better future opportunities (more senior role), get a weekday off (i've missed those so much.. have you tried getting your hair cut outside normal office hours!?!)
Downsides: 2 hours travel each way (not too bad, get more me time!), worse company to work for

Getting your hair cut out of normal office hours is easy!

Don't envy the choice though

I'm going to give the area manager a bell tomorrow and try and wiggle some more $$$ out of him If he says no, I'll accept it anyway
