Default Sync'ing Outlook

Is there any easy way of syncronising outlook between my laptop and home?

You can export all the data from one and import it into the other if you dont need to do it often, but if you're after something more clever then you need something in the middle (Microsoft would say that's Exchange server).

We talking just email here or calendar/contacts/tasks etc? If it's just mail you can keep that on an IMAP server in the middle.

If it's just your calendar, try Google Calendar:
