It's a beautiful place to visit and I would highly recommend it, Jordan has an impressive history, the first photos are of Petra which is an ancient Nabatean city carved into the sandstone and dates from pre-Roman to Byzantine times. After Petra are some shots of the desert castles which are early Islamic. The amphitheatre is at Jerash which is an amazing place, I thought it was just another stop on the tourist train but it is a stunning example of Roman and post Roman cities and so well preserved! Lastly is the Dead Sea with just a couple of shots of the salt deposits and one or two from our glass bottom boat trip

Mabrook! Great pics. I've only ever been to Amman for a weekend - would love to see more of the country - ever so jealous!
