 was my present from my girlfriend, well ok she was wanting to sell it but found out wasn't worth much now so i nabbed it. I am aiming to get the adaptors for the telescope to connect my camera to it and attempt some moon and deep space shots.

we were talking about doing the same the other day - getting a telescope and connecting it up. Don't think we have good enough space to put it in tbh, and I can't see me lugging it around outside. Just getting the moon shot was bad enough!

A lot of users on Stargazers Lounge use their cameras to take a lot of deep space and moon shots. So telescope not needed all the time and a 30 second shot into the night sky, avoiding any sky glow, can produce pretty good images off a normal camera.
