I'm going to be looking at alternatives over the next few weeks/ months.
Because we're both quite tall the MINI will be a nightmare to put a seat in the back of without buggering up both our backs and it won't take anything but the smallest of pushchair/ buggys etc so it out of the running. New MINI 4x4 crossover vehicle is being released next year so that maybe a possibility but in the meantime I want something I can sling stuff in without feeling too precious about the trim etc. In the running at the moment are; RAV4, CRV, QashQai and maybe the Verso MB |

Price wise we are probably going to be looking at circa £12.5k
She is a JCW with ~27k has a lot of the options including the upgraded HK stereo, she's been well looked after and still have MINI TLC package Its a shot in the dark really but I thought it was worth asking MB |

If I had the money, I'd give it some serious thought. Unfortunately, I don't so all I can do is wish you good luck with the sale.

I'd have it in a heartbeat if I could. Even if I only could a little bit.

Nope too poor I'm afraid I must admit I would probably be in Elise territory if I had the cash. What about one of the Megane sporty ones that Karyn had? I seem to remember she got child seats in the back easily enough. Either that or things like Scooby/Evo would have 4 doors and remain fairly sporty.
Just wondering why you are going the 4x4 route? Or are you moving away from stuff with a bit of pace? |

Its not the end of the world, MINI have offered to give me a price as its an unusual model they feel they'll be able to move it quick it part of MINI cherished because its was bought from a MINI dealer and always serviced at a MINI delaer.

You and me both - having moved to Winchester I no longer need a car for commuting so mine's up for sale too. £6.5K '52 plate in superb condition, again, if anyone's interested!

There's no way I'd have a 3 door sports car if I had a baby. Something 4x4 height without doubt, parents backs get enough of a battering!
