Well done Kate, what an achievment!

Crispen at work ran one of the sister marathons and he has been hobbling around the office all week

How are you feeling now Kate, still stiff and sore?

Feeling fine thanks and looking forward to my first run. All my achey muscles have stopped now. Only trouble is that my toenail has become infected since Sunday and I've been given a course of antibiotics to get rid of it. It started hurting on Wednesday and is very painful so I'm having to wear sandals and obviously can't run yet. Rubbish
