So last weekend there was a concerted decision between me and Mrs Dym regarding one of our favourite things....

Since then I have been irritable, distracted, confused (doesn't take much!) and finally pretty pleased with myself...

That's right, my new iPhone is documenting how well I am doing with my new task of not being a smoker

It's been a difficult week but I am now completely on top of this new situation!

The fact that I have bribed myself (quite expertly, I thought) with an iPhone 4 to not be a smoker was an act of pure genius (it's pretty, fun, and occupies my hands...)
