Albums you cant get enough of?
I have not long put on an album to listen to. That in itself is something I dont really do (listen to whole albums) but then that train of thought led on to me realising that I listen to this album almost every day, sometimes more than once. I know every single word, every drum stroke and every chord change. I dont skip any tracks either!
Having said that, I have no emotional attachment to this album, I dont even actively like it - if someone asked me what my favourite album was I would probably draw a blank long before this even crossed my mind. Anyone else come across this? Albums you listen to an awful lot, never tire of but at the same time you dont really rave about? |

What albulm is it? Since you never normally rave about it you might as well make an exception now. No, I don't normally listen to whole albulms myself unless it is new because every music system I own has a shuffle feature so if I like the song(s) they just get added to the playlist and played in any random order. All that said, Hall & Oates - The Greatest Hits is something I could listen to straight through without interruptions.

There's a few albums I know every word, strum and drum beat to, but I'd rave about any of them. Can't think of anything I know as well as you do without thinking it is ace, especially nothing I listen to almost every day without liking :/

Agreed. I think that theres a clear reason why I listen to some albums day in day out. Simply because I love them.

Listening to whole albums is something I now prefer to do, but only in the past couple of years or so, since I've really started getting into my live music.

The album is Coral Fang by The Distillers.
I like the album (else why would I listen to it?), its just not the same feeling as say, me liking Metallica or something like that. Bad wording I guess |

Thats because we know Metallica suck but I have no idea who the Distillers are. They might suck, but I wouldn't know it without listening to them
