Doesn't surprise me. Sony love being litigious. I used to support them due to a few particular products I liked. They no longer make them. They can now officially "go to hell".

Shame they didn't counter legally with the client list though. Would have been nice to see Sony get pwned at their own game.

they did this to nuplayer, too. i'm assuming it's in relation to supplying import games early to the european market.

personally, i think it's Sony's case of sour grapes as they can't stop people pirating PSP, PS1/2 games, so they pick on someone they may slightly have a case against.
