http://www.newshosting.com i think in ranking they come about second to giganews which are awesome but terribly expensive. Newsprovider is like an ISP for your internet so-to-speak. Then you sign up to a site that indexs usenet (newzbin is the ONLY place that does this decently 25p a week) then your ready to go, you'll pick it up in no time i did
