Finally got a ds lite - Page 10

The DS Lite does seem to have issues with a specific routers for some reason unfortunately.

Mine is an original DS, not a lite but I suppose it is possible that it doesn't like my AP. Unfortunately all the spare ones I found at work are the same brand and model as the one I had at home.

What's the AP? A Symbol per chance?

Nope, Alvarion which is pretty much a rebranded Lucent product.

Hmm, not too many of them about. Well, that people use with their DS's anyway

Saw a few people have issues with the Symbols which is why I mentioned it.

Other option is ad-hoc it to another device, but that's daft when you have an AP. Hmm.
