Um, nuts. Spoke to a sports therapist the other night. He was concerned about my RunKeeper training program. He's suggested I do fartlek training, hills and things. So I need a new program. Erp.

Different people have different opinions, those Runkeeper programs are usually developed by coaches so thats obviously what they think is appropriate, it just so happens that the guy you spoke to has a different opinion. The question is who do you trust more

Yeah true. Do I trust random internet guy or someone who is trying to build up their sports therapy business and has UKA qualifications. Surely the guy I know wouldn't want to damage his reputation while he's building up his business.

Just feeling very lost in it all. Thought I could simply follow the RunKeeper guide and do the race. Now its more like an actual job.
