I tried to max out a Caddy yesterday to win the American rivals race between Caddy and Corvette. Whatever you do do not put the alternative engine in and add 350bhp, what they don't tell you is that it also adds about a metric ton of weight to the front end and makes it TOTALLY impossible to handle. I put downforce the weight of a small planet and the Forza front dam on max downforce and the thing would NOT CORNER, totally nightmare. In the end I used a maxed out version of the original engine with a lot of downforce on front and back and managed to win but you really have to baby it through the corners, you have been warned!

Excellent
If you can't afford to get a hard drive yet, at least try and pick up a memory card otherwise Forza wont be as much fun as you'll be starting afresh every time you load it up.

And I must admit I came so close to hitting something while playing this last night. I've got a 1974 911 with a GT2 engine in which is a beast of a car, but slightly tail happy at times. I was using it in the Porcshe vs Ferrari race, and during the race clipped a wall twice, the first time taking off the rear bumper, the second time taking off the front bumper and slightly damaging the engine and suspension. Come the last lap I was in 4th place and 4 seconds behind the lead car, but a near perfect lap brought me to within touching distance of the lead car. I powered on the outside of him on the final bend, was overtaking him nicely, and slightly touched the wall. At 120MPH that sent me spinning and put me back into 4th place. I was pretty much still spinning when I went over the finish line, that's how close I was. To say I was unhappy would be an understatement :/

You can get the 64MB ones for a tenner off ebay I think, though I'm not sure how big the Forza saves actually are so it might be dead money.
Nice sig Des, one of yours?

Have made it so I can easily swap out the car to which ever one I fancy at the time.

I love playing around with the paint jobs on these cars...
I did a Mini for MB at the weekend too, hehe.
