Did some weightlifting. 27KG old mags/leaflets/letters stuffed in a recycling basket and handed to the binmen. I watched it leave. Good riddance.

Plenty more where that came from though. :/

I'll raise your 27kg to 140kg of old engines and other scrap metal Not all lifted at the same time!

Even got paid £23 for it which was an unexpected bonus!

Now got the laptop up and booted. I thought of a way to use Ghost on it but one of the floppies was knackered and I couldn't be bothered to make another. DD image will suffice.

Somewhat disappointed by the Vista performance score of 3.3, but even so it doesn't seem to be doing too badly.

This weekend if i've not died, which currently i have skilfully avoided, i'll be going to see Sweeny Todd. I am the excited it's been ages since i went to the cinema.

A kidney infection isn't something you want to be kidneying around with... I know, I know. *skelps self* Today I have a photoshoot for the Sunday Times (!!!!), a meeting about my exhibition, then I'm covering a holocaust event and then another meeting. I think I need to fit lunch in there somewhere but I haven't worked it out yet.

Currently sat in work trying to avoid actually doing any, while watching the Federer - Dvokavic tennis match via the BBC website. Looking forward to playing footy after work today, just hoping my ankle holds up as I twisted it on Monday and it's still not completely recovered yet.

Typing minutes up from a meeting last night. Plan to get my fat arse to the gym after work. Cooking a pork joint tonight - undecided whether to go roast spuds/veg/gravy route or new pots/veg/sauce way. Haven't watched Atlantis, CSI or Torchwood from this week yet so will probably watch them tonight.
