Over worrying.
It's a completely irrational emotion and I absolutely despise it. Especially when it's over something you have no control on! It does absolutely no good other than muck up your brain and stress you out. Luckily I seem to be more on my feet now. But GRRR! GRR to me to succumbing to it. |

Tear-off strips on bags that don't open the bag when you tear them off.
Wastebins by desks. Mine was always in the way - wherever I put it, and there's plenty more nearby, so on my just-completed desk move, I left mine behind and haven't regretted it. |

I made homemade pesto the other day. The pine nuts in it have given me Pine Mouth. It's horrible, and no-one actually knows how it's caused. It isn't an allergic reaction, it doesn't make your breath smell, it doesn't appear to be dangerous in any way but it makes your mouth taste like a combination of soap and metal for days. I guess in a way it's kind of irrational!

When I'm stopped behind one of those lorries full of scaffolding poles and planks, and I start getting anxious they're going to fall down through the windscreen of the car.

Even writing the post and reading it back to youself without submitting might be a good start?
I've written a correspondance to someone to get a load of stress & worry etc off of my shoulders once and I didn't even end up sending the letter. I felt so much better having expressed myself, it was like a breath of fresh air.
