 What you need to do is to link the topics together with words that link them. So farm one would be about animals on a farm, tractor, plough etc. |

You're on the right lines, but you're using the wrong state. Try using the state the top right clue was set in, and see if any of the characters of the show could be related to a hospital. That's how I got it, but it still took me ages and a lot of luck to get the right answer End Spoiler Alert!
