I've got the same case as Burble. Actually, I've got two - one black and one white. Options.
As a TyTN owner, the iPhone, even with cover, is a dream compared to the TyTN. And yes, I've dropped mine too. Twice. I doubt the CapsuleNeo would survive a trip under a train though. Not that I intend to repeat that experience. |

I've just discovered that I'm due for an upgrade on my phone as of, two weeks ago!
Tempted by an iphone, but would mean I have to up my tarrif to £35 a month and pay out £189 for a 16 gig one. That would give me 500 texts and 600 minutes however. Alternativly, I could stick with my current phone, get £100 credit and put that towards a 32gig ipod. Would work out cheaper in the long run, but means I miss out on internet functionality (and would obviously have separate phone and ipod). Hmm decisions decisions. |

Vodafone do the same deal, but for £50 less on the phone. You can also get cash back for your old phone and £40 if you go through Quidco

It's Orange I was with and they said they were not flexible at all with iPhone contracts. No idea about O2 (bad signal up here so I didn't consider them), but it's always worth a try to see what you can get.

They can be flexible on iPhone tariffs, it just depends on A) who you speak to and B) your typical spend/retention value to them. |

I'm sure you do, but I'm relaying what they said to me. I pay my contract amount every month, so doubt I am a valuable customer. I spoke to 2 people and both said they couldn't do anything. Nothing more I could have done.

o2 couldnt do much for me... I'm gonna try ringing again on Tuesday and see what they can do for me, if anything. Otherwise, I may have to request my PAC code, and leave 02 after being with them for maybe 10 years... sad times!

I sympathise with you. It's a little unfair when deals are offered to some but not others, but as you say whatcha gonna do?
