Leon bought some weights today. Couple of adjustable dumbbells, a barbell and some plates. I've been showing him my skillz

Well I added another 5kg afterwards and succeeded - does that count?!

No straps or belt used either as I don't see the point - if you've been training with good form and have developed good core strength you shouldn't have to use them IMO.

What are all you lot paying for your gym membership? Always strikes me as very expensive and I'm surprised so many people have no qualms about paying it.

£33 a month and that includes all the equipment, toning tables sauna and any classes I want to go to (its £38 for new people so loyalty to a small club does has some rewards)
