Cabela Trophy Bucks
Not a great game as it's one of the older 360 hunting titles. The others are much better. I will finish it because it took me a long time to snag one of these as it's only available on import. I don't know why I just find these games fun, something satisfying shooting squirrels with a crossbow or sneaking up on a deer and point blanking it with a shotgun to the face.

I've been playing Wheelman for review purposes, and while I'm only a short way into it, it's not half bad. It's much more vehicle based than any other open world game I've played, as you will be using your car as a weapon in most missions, but the driving controls are pretty nice so it's not a bad thing. The graphics are pretty and the voice acting has been okay so far, what you'd expect from Vin Diesel really. The on-foot sections that I've had so far have been okay too, but I've not got a gun yet so time will tell if that makes a big difference or not. All in all, a positive start for it.

It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. |

Iirc melee is level 3 in the demo, when i finished that island off i had only just upgraded it to level 2. You NEED level 3 melee on the second island, a junker conduit takes around 10 hits at level 3 to kill. There's also some utterly fantastic weapons you discover, one of my favourites that i got this morning is a slow moving rocket, but when upgraded it'll shoot toward whoever you hit with electricity. Really good fun when you know there's a mob around the corner, fire half a dozen into the sky, leap out, slow mo, precision headshot one of them (tis like a sniper rifle attack), watch the others all go flying as the bombs rain down from above. .

I'm giving up on Midnight Club. It's bordering now on joypad throwing. The A.I, medium level (and above) is practically faultless and have a Need For Speed way of magically catching you up!
Given you also get a paltry amount of money for wins, it'll take forever to get a decent car too! |

Oh, rented FUEL to play online with my mate who bought it. What fantastic fun that was, a very pleasant surprise, it's a cross between TDU and Motorstorm and covers both areas very well.
It features 5,000 square miles of landscape to drive. It. Is. Epic. And unlike TDU, meeting your friend in freeroam is really effortless and also, no lag whatsoever from what I played last night. |
