Having recently moved the Jingo household are undertaking the difficult () task of trying all the new local restaurants/takeaways and have found some GEMS!

A tiny restaurant of about 6/7 tables has the most fantastic special hundy dishes I had never tried before- they aren't on the takeaway menu and when in the restaurant they ask how you like it i.e. breaktakingly hot, milder, rich, subtle etc etc....

A really fantastic experience - so much so I might have to become a regular face

Wish I could say the same 14/15 takeaways in Bristol are truly shocking.

We had salmon tonight. Put it in a foil parcel in the oven with lemon zest, crushed garlic, pepper, olive oil & chopped parsley. Served with warm new potatoes with a lemon & chive dressing and fine green beans. Lovely, light and summery

Had these for dinner tonight. As you said, absolutely delicious Very glad I'd made too much as the rest are now happily in the freezer waiting for when I need a quick but filling meal.

Thanks for the recipe Kate

Oh fantastic Really glad you liked them!

Last night we had a courgette, chorizo & cannellini bean bake with feta on top. Very nice indeed!

Right now- chilled Prawn and sweetcorn pasta salad.

Tonight: Smoked ham, bacon and tomato tortellini with sweet chilli relish sausages and probably pasta again!

I'm feeling like utter pooples today so I'm eating for two! (and no that bump isn't pregnancy).

To Nom, is to Feel Well.
