We had salmon tonight. Put it in a foil parcel in the oven with lemon zest, crushed garlic, pepper, olive oil & chopped parsley. Served with warm new potatoes with a lemon & chive dressing and fine green beans. Lovely, light and summery

Really glad you liked them! Last night we had a courgette, chorizo & cannellini bean bake with feta on top. Very nice indeed!

Right now- chilled Prawn and sweetcorn pasta salad.
Tonight: Smoked ham, bacon and tomato tortellini with sweet chilli relish sausages and probably pasta again! I'm feeling like utter pooples today so I'm eating for two! (and no that bump isn't pregnancy). To Nom, is to Feel Well. - Jingo, Poet of Leisure, National Treasure, 2009

Anyway, we had a couple of mates coming over and one is vegetarian so I made 'cheesy veggie burgers'. They have leeks, carrots, mushrooms, kidney beans, tomato puree, cheddar and breadcrumbs in them and were absolutely delicious. I made a big batch and froze some of them. Glad I did now as I'll definitely do them again for us
