Why do some people put more mayonnaise or ketchup on their plate than they need? What a waste. The amount of times I've seen an empty plate in our house with a good tablespoon of either still left on it is ridiculous. I probably wouldn't care so much if I didn't suspect that it was mine being used. One previous housemate used to leave it on the plate and put it straight in the dishwasher. Great. And on that subject, why do some people think a dishwasher is a magic box? Rice, cereal, dried-on lumps of unidentified matter... these don't disintegrate they get stuck in the 'crap trap', which inevitably I have to empty as no-one else even knows it's there. I don't even have a dishwasher any more and it still pisses me off!

I'm genuinely astonished. I'm sure Matt isn't though

In a similar vein, people who pile their plates up at an "all you can eat" or a buffet and then leave most of it. FFS, you can revisit as much as you want, take a small bit at a time, and don't go back if you don't want any more!!
