How do I force a withdrawel into my account on Quidco? I could use the £35 I have on there.

Go to Settings and there should be an option near the bottom for minimum payout

I saw that, and I've set it out to 0.00, but the money's still in Quidco?

Hmm maybe it doesn't like 0. I set mine to 0.01 and haven't had a problem.

You can't 'force' a withdrawal.
They pay out at the end of each month. If you've told them where to send the money, and it's more than the minimum payout (0.00 is fine), it'll be out in a few days. In other news, I used both a promotion code and Quidco when I got my buildings and contents insurance this year - which even without discounts worked out cheaper than last year (and much cheaper than the renewal). I've now received both payments. Re-sult. PS - These payouts should cover the cost of fixing my fridge. Last edited by Mark; 28-05-2009 at 18:40. |

Forgot about the end of the month thing I was looking at it from a different perspective and assumed Greenlizard hadn't received anything before

As said, it's run on a monthly cycle so it gets paid out near the end of the month. You can't change the date unfortunately.

I'm sure e.g. the money from Novatech's been in there for longer than a month (green lettering). I'll wait until the end of this one and will see.

Did you tell them where to send the money? Bank account? PayPal?
When did you do that? If it was after April 15th they wouldn't pay out in April, but provided you haven't changed anything since they will pay out in May. If all else fails, raise a ticket. They've responded to every one I've ever raised inside a working day. |
