Just back from having a beer with Mr plod and Ms Smilie:
PIC OF VON AND KELL. Sorry Stan, removed this until Von gives me the all clear, Desmo  Both were as good company as always  Currently enjoying a cup of Bovril and some crackers with some extremely mature blue Stilton - mmmmmmm, cheeeeeeese. It stinks but it tastes smashing (the Stilton, that is).

I just took my car down to the garage where its getting its MOT pain has gotten worse have shivers and fever back to doctors tomorrow.

Ooh. Forgot to say. My Mam phoned earlier, she's been in hospital most of the day - she's got pneumonia again, that's twice in two years.
She's promised she's going to get the flu jab next year (apparently there's a special one for people who are prone to pneumonia). She's refused it until now as she didn't think she needed it - I think my Dad may have nagged her into it, thankfully.

Sounds like my Dad! At least it sounds like she'll make sure she has the flu jab next time round. Definitely well worth it if you're prone to something like that.
