PvtPyle: I'm not sure how well I fit into the forum "regulars" or that description but I went along to the Edinburgh meet for the first time and had a great time, I think like many things you get out of it what you put in i.e. show a bit of enthusiasm and try it out then you'll probably do fine. Everyone who already knew each other was as friendly and as good company as I could have hoped so if there is a meet near you get yourself along and have a good time.
Had I known it was an Electro night you were going to, I would have come along despite having been up since 6am, done a full days work and driven over 350 miles As it was, it was pitched to me as generic student clubbing which screams indie and R&B which I cant usually be bothered with Never mind!

Hangin in there, mate. Trying to get into another house so I can start another project like yours. I've already found the donor carcass, just need a place to put it and the job to afford it.

And looking at the link in your sig, I REALLY need to become your US parts supplier!! You're paying out your arse for parts that I can get cheap as hell. I'm crying at the amount you've spent that I could have saved you!!!!

How crowded is the market for exporting US car parts to the UK? Could fix your "lack of job" problem right there....

Oh and we'd all know who you were if you randomly started a conversation with us. You'd be talking in a funny accent and you'd mention your truck within the first 30 seconds

its not a bad market actually
I have dealt with a few corvettes in the last few months. 2 of which went to Sweden!
Made a few quid on each

Its getting a good supply in the US though.. (Darrin )

, actually I will be looking at more parts towards the end of the year, after I move house, so I'll give you a shout .

You can't move house, how about your wood burner thingey and everything else you do. Or will it be to a similar plot size of land. We need more of your threads they rule!!!
