I'm 'playing' Aerowinx Precision Simulator. It was a post in GD here that got me looking at it again and I've built a VM specially for it! It's an old DOS Boeing 747-400 systems and procedures trainer. At the moment I'm sitting at FL370 heading towards Iceland. The sim is running in the bottom right, my fuel planner is top right, a moving map is bottom left and the Broker which links them all together is top left.
The best bit is that I've just discovered that there's going to be a new platform independent version released next year! The screenshots look incredible.

Nope, practically nothing outside the window. All I can see at the moment is the horizon, it's dark below it and lighter above it. That's it!
I'm just past Iceland, next waypoint is Stornoway, 430 miles away. /edit - These two pages are what make it much more interesting... I have them all turned off today because I've not flown this thing for about three years and want to just get back into it, but I normally have at least some random malfunctions configured

X3:Terran Conflict. Loving it. Although getting annoyed as my ship just isn't fast enough in combat. Pretty hard to hit something when it's going almost twice as fast.

I'm playing through Half Life 2 again for the umpteenth time, why aren't there more single player FPS games like this.

It's a good point. Why can't anybody do for single player FPSes what Valve have been doing for over a decade? I'm not even looking for someone to better them, or do a great multiplayer, or any extras - just for another FPS with the sheer playability (and re-playability) that each of the Half Life games have had. Can it really be that hard?

Call of Juarez MP, played so much of it lately I hear gunfire in my sleep!
Comes with the usual Live crap, host advantage and lag because no one seems to be able to host a full game without players dropping but I love it. Gonna have to send it back soon as it's on rental which is a shame, I will pick it up to continue online when it's cheap.
