I've had one accident, given I did write the car off (techincally), but still one

Hope everything is resolved quicky Piggy, and you get better soon. I don't have much hope with regard to a quick insurance claim though! But it's worth being optomistic!

I should be at the gym now doing my body pump class - doing tricep presses whilst singing along to scissor sisters at the top of my voice

No I can't - people might hear me .. I might see how I am on Sunday and do my Body Attack class because that doesn't involve lifting any weights

She's not too bad today Much better than she thought she was going to be.
I think this is another area where the gym work pays off. Your muscles are that much stronger that they help the body to cope with this type of thing.
