Extending the pin the tail on the donkey slighty, you could have a little innocent kid blindfolded, (hang on), with a rather angry donkey standing right over it menacingly.

Bah, if it was America you could do a characture of Gordon Ramsey yelling "You donkey!" (he always does this due to US TV laws and not being able to swear as much, and the Donkey giving a "yeah, and..." face with his arms in expression.

On the inside, a picture of a donkey, and a mirror (appropriately labelled).

Or, "I hope mule have a good birthday."
