Orange Users - Time to cancel - Page 2

Been waiting for a time to get out of your Orange contract? I have, and thanks to Wossi's thread I noticed they'd changed their T&C's meaning you can now cancel your contract.

You should receive a text where they "claim" you are eligible. But from what I've read, EVERYONE is eligible whether or not you receive this text.

I tried to phone to cancel this morning but was informed I hadn't received my text yet but I should have one next week. If I don't get one by then, I'll be on the phone pushing harder to cancel. I'd do it today but I just don't have the time to fight.
