I'd go much closer to home:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone/watchlive/

If that doesn't work, it's very unlikely to be Sky causing the problem.

PS - Obviously, that link won't work for Garp.

PPS - You might not get live video (as is the case right now), but the stream itself still works.

With SkyBB and as of 11:22am the SoccerAM link worked for me (http://atdhe.net/8889/watch-soccer-am).

**Edit**
Add to the above, the Gold Coast Titans VS West Tigers game also works (http://atdhe.net/7576/watch-gold-coa...vs-west-tigers)

Finally got to the end of it. the test of BBC and ustream was a success and then he tried Firefox - it was IE at fault!

being as anti IE as I am that was the next thing on my check-list of things at fault - should of been first but I always forget about it!! I open IE once in a blue moon to see what the unfortunate users of my web sites get to see if they're unlucky enough not to have a choice of browser.

Thanks a lot though guys

Just to confirm further, both links worked in IE (tested first) and Firefox (tested second).

Maybe it's not directly an IE fault but system clutter?
