It's the same "technique" as the famous model woman with the water dress really. But some of them look VERY dubiously totally fakery photoshopped, an easy example being the collars, they'd be impossible to pull off with spatters alone surely...? Either way they still look cool and are impressive, they blur the line between photography and highly skilled editing either way

I don't think you're meant to believe there's no ps involved, it's fairly obvious that they are edited.
