I've done lots but actually achieved very little this week. Most frustrating.

Me likes this

I've managed to speak to lots of very annoying, demanding customers this week and I haven't sworn or shouted at any of them

If I took a step back I might discover I've achieved more than I think I have, but this is very much how I feel. I've worked most evenings this week, but not really seemed to get anywhere.

I completed my "Introduction to Diversity" on-line training today.

I'm 78% non-racist/genderist/religionist/sexual-orientationist.

I remembered two friends birthdays today and texted them a 'Happy birthday' on the actual day of their actual birthday.
I know this is second nature to the girls but I'm a bloke and therefore this counts as an achievement. I also remembered to get my Mum a nice plant for Mothers Day.

I had a 'genius moment' with regard to how to use one of our systems in a way thats...not expected Love it when the 'guru' of the systems turns to me and goes, "you may be on to something there, didnt think of using it that way"
Now I just need to find out if we can actually deliver it as I think we can....have to love through the back door proof of concepts (especially when they are top secret and there is already a development project running to do the same thing....my solution is both quicker and MUCH cheaper)

I've just returned from a gallery that's exhibiting 6 of my photos along with my friends work. Only got the call on Wednesday night after returning from another gallery exhibiting my gf's photo. Fun week
