Theres the law of physics which will prevent you bringing a tug boat on board. Annoying I know but ye canny change the laws of physics.

If it's oily/rusty/otherwise messy, then no (driver will have to clean up after you). If it's clean, you can keep it under control and it isn't likely to be a danger to other passengers then give it a shot.

Phone the bus carrier and speak to them, tell them about it and they'll let you know there and then on the phone whether you can or can't get on there. Saves you looking like a tool, stood there with a bumper and no bus to travel on.

Woop, leaving shortly i haven't rang because frankly i guess i'm not that bothered, its not the end of the world and i can convince someone to come pick me up if i can't get on a bus i'm sure, there are enough people with cars frankly! More importantly i'm not too sure how the bumper removes, but i can't see it being that difficult ?
